These terms govern subscription to the paid plans of Continuo Tutti, an information and organisation app for performing-arts intermittent workers. The free plan remains usable without subscription.
The service offers a free plan and paid monthly or yearly plans, the details and prices of which appear on the Pricing page. The features of each plan are described there and may change.
The applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Payment is handled by our payment provider; no card data is stored by the publisher. The applicable VAT regime is stated in the legal notice.
The subscription runs for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and renews by tacit agreement. You may cancel at any time, online from your account, through a process as simple as subscribing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and renewal stops. No refund is due for the period already elapsed.
You have a fourteen (14) day period from subscription to withdraw, without having to give a reason. If you withdraw within this period, you are refunded in full within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. Withdrawal is exercised free of charge, online from your account or by writing to the contact address.
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Continuo Tutti is an information tool: France Travail, URSSAF and the tax authorities prevail.
Data processing is described in the Privacy page and the app's privacy policy. Your working data lives encrypted on your device.
For any complaint, write to the contact address. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use free of charge the consumer mediator we are affiliated with: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, https://www.cm2c.net (art. L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Failing an amicable agreement, these terms are governed by French law.
