Received document

You received a document prepared with Continuo Tutti

A performing artist sent you a file, a statement or a sheet formatted with our application; the mention at the foot of the page brought you here. This page explains, in two minutes, what you are holding.

What you may have received

A complete file

An archive with an index as its first page and the supporting documents (contracts, certificates), prepared for an accountant, an administration or an agency.

An activity summary

The artist's hours and engagements with regard to the French intermittent status, with the rules applied and their sources.

An international tax preparation file

Foreign-source income and its withholdings, country by country, prepared for the accountant.

An availability sheet, a programme, a repertoire

The working documents an artist sends to an agent, an opera house or a promoter.

A commission statement

The summary of commissions paid, by engagement and by agent, as a spreadsheet.

How this document was made

On the artist's device

The document is composed locally, from the artist's entries and files. Nothing goes through our servers when it is exported.

End-to-end encrypted data

Inside the application, the artist's data is encrypted: we cannot read it. The document you hold is the copy the artist chose to give you.

No tracker

The document contains no tracker, no tracking code, no measured link. The mention at the foot of the page is text, nothing more.

How to read a file's index

If you received a complete archive, its first page is an index: the auditable table of contents of the file.

  • The scope: type of file, period, number of engagements and documents.
  • The list of attached documents, each with its SHA-256 fingerprint: by recomputing the fingerprint of the file you received, you can check it was not altered.
  • Expected but missing documents, flagged rather than silently omitted.
  • Discrepancies found between documents and entries, to be checked.
  • The versions of the regulatory data applied.

What this document is not

Amounts and hours come from the artist's own entries: the document is indicative and not binding. Continuo Tutti provides no legal, tax or social advice and certifies nothing: figures should be cross-checked with the competent bodies.

Continuo Tutti, in three sentences

Continuo Tutti is the tool performing artists, especially from the classical and opera world, use to track their hours, rights and activity, in France and abroad. Data stays on the artist's device, encrypted. The tool informs and formats; it neither decides nor certifies.
